  1. Great blog! I love the “Hey Lady” card…..too cute! All of the cards look fantastic. By the way, I appreciate the card you sent me when Biscuit passed away. I will treasure it. Love, Paula Ann

  2. Your blog is looking fantastic. I can tell you have put a lot of work into it. Great cards and the cookies look very delicious. Love, Paula Ann

    • Thank you so much for the nice comments! I have really enjoyed making cards and updating my blog. I have some more ideas for new cards that I can’t wait to get started on. More pics to come soon :). Love, Vanessa

    • Thanks Sheila. I gave this butterfly card to my mother-in-law for her birthday. I do not sell cards (I admit I have been thinking about it a little though) but I really appreciate your lovely comment. Thanks for checking out my blog!

  3. Hi vanessa, Thank you for your kind comments on my blog. I have popped over to visit you, and enjoyed seeing your wonderful creations. I have a cricut myself but am a bit lazy about using it – your cards are wonderful, and have inspired me to play with it a bit more! love helen xx

    • Hi Helen! Thank you so much for stopping by! You have some beautiful creations yourself! My cardmaking comfort zone is to rely on my Cricut because that’s all I have known for a year since I started making cards, but I do want to experiment with stamping, border punches, and pre-made die cuts. There are awesome creations out there using all of these methods. I just love making little pieces of art and then giving them away to friends and family! πŸ™‚ I look forward to following your creations. You have a great eye for design and color! Take care! Vanessa

    • Thanks so much for the lovely comment and for following! I had a lot of fun checking out your site earlier and look forward to your creations as a new follower! You have wonderful crafts on your site! I especially love your pillows! They are lovely! ~Vanessa

  4. I love that I can now see you listening to ” Bleed It Out” by linkin Park or Muse while making those very lovely projects! I do the very same thing. . . except there is a lot of U2 in the mix as well! I am a 30 something too! πŸ™‚ Now I am very glad to meet my southern crafty twin! πŸ™‚

    • Hi Arin! I love, love alternative music! So happy you do too! My favorite U2 song is “Beautiful Day” – it always puts me in a happy mood when I play it in iTunes! I also love to crank up Linkin Park and Muse in the craft room and in the car! πŸ™‚ LOL Thanks for the lovely comment! Sounds like we share the same interests in crafts and music, and age! πŸ™‚ Have a wonderful day! ~Vanessa
